What does happiness mean to me?

This is so relevant to me right now. Honestly, I don't know. What is the opposite of depression? Mania? Neither are happiness and both are mood experiences. Happiness is a fleeting feeling based in positive exchange of human moments. You can be happy in solitude, though. Maybe it's a place of balance, of having needs met and being able to enjoy life. It's mindfame, biochemical. I don't know.
