Absolute nothingness hasn't been proven. Destruction is a thing going through a transformation into another form. Creation is another way to express a destruction of something that was before this created thing. Example: my birth/creation was the destruction of fertilized egg cell. Destruction and creation is happening all the time, every moment. How short is a moment?
