Being a gentleman is not about making a girl feel like a lady or princess. It's about believing in one's code of honor towards others. It's about upholding what you believe in and treating everyone and anyone with the same respect. We ask for no recognition nor do we seek it for the little things we do, like help an older person with groceries, help push a broken car, etc. It's not about the rewards, woman, or anything of the sort. A true gentleman wouldn't be in such a hurry to let everyone know he is one. Being a gentlemen is just being a courteous person in general. Even if there are those who think that it is "stupid" or "not required" when it should really be just common courtesy in our day. It's about the satisfaction of knowing, "I did something good."
